Wild Dill Canteen
associated with WWF

Ideas departed and formulated from the collage that focused upon Elizabeth Dillers design works in particular ’The Broad “. With additional research, formed a particular shape that became the initial form of the canteen design developments of the Wild Dill Canteen. The shapes and aspects of the collage where translated and interpreted into aspects such as the openings, the joinery and floor plan grids.

Other aspects incorporated from Elizabeth Dillers works include materials chosen such as light grey concrete finishes and white tiles.

Since WWF (World Wide Fund) is a non-profit organisation with a mission to stop the degradation of the planet’s natural environment. The main materials used are recycled timber and steel, for sustainability purposes and to further limit the impact on ecosystems, supporting WWF cause.

The second space of the building is a educational gallery space to create awareness and educate people about WWFS cause and mission. Also a gift shop will be incorporated into the gallery, with proceeds to be donated to the WWF organisation to aid saving animals from extinction and to protect their environments.
